Landlord Maintenance Package

Landlord Maintenance Package - £199 + VAT

This package is designed for landlords who are about to rent out their property, or tenanted properties where issues are starting to pile up. For this low price we will come to the property and carry out a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (normally £80 + VAT for this alone). In addition to this, we will send a plumber who will spend 2 hours attending to the following:

Bathroom: attend to dripping taps, showers and toilet ballvalves, clear sink and bath waste, reseal bath/shower, check shower function and clear shower heads.

Kitchen: Re-washer taps and service, clean traps and waste, check pipework and fittings, check washing machine/dishwasher connections and fittings.

Heating: Bleed radiators, repressurise system, check and service radiator valves, check cylinders and tanks for service and condition.

Depending on the condition of the above items, we may not be able to attend to all within the 2 hour limit. It would help if you can give us a list of which items should be prioritised. On the other hand, your home may be in tip top shape and we’ll breeze through the list. If you can think of anything else you want done let our plumber know, he is also able to do handyman work such as hang pictures and mirrors, fix drawers and cupboards, assemble flatpack furniture and much more.

This cost includes small sundry items such as sealant and washers but NOT any other materials that may need to be fitted.
