Angie Lyons

Angie is, by profession, a City trained commercial lawyer. She also holds a BA honours degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Angie became involved in the plumbing business in 2003. After a steep learning curve, she now manages all aspects of marketing, legal, accounting and administration of the company. My Plumber was, originally, a separate arm of Glasson Plumbing & Heating dealing with the smaller end of the plumbing business and therefore attracting a different target market. The two companies have since merged but Angie still runs this side of the business with the help of a small team of experienced plumbers.

Jamie Glasson

Jamie became a plumber following a four year apprenticeship with traditional plumbing company, John Carter Limited, in Salisbury. At the same time, he completed his four year formal plumbing training at college. Jamie moved to London in 1997 having served nine years at John Carter Limited. In all, Jamie has been plumbing for 20 years. Jamie is the Senior Manager of the installations team and he is experienced in designing and installing central heating. Jamie is a specialist in designing and installing bathrooms and wet rooms. Jamie is extremely sporty. Until recently, he played cricket at county level and football in his free time. He also enjoys spending his time with his two daughters at the weekends.

Marion Moran

Marion started working at My Plumber in March 2008 after working for another Plumbing and Heating Company in West London for 5 years. She heads up the Rapid Response side of the Company and takes responsibility for booking in all the jobs, managing engineers and all aspects of customer relations. Marion is married with 2 teenage children.

Colin MacMillan

Colin is our in-house accountant completing the company's management accounts and dealing with compliance issues. He is a retired City Finance Director with forty years experience. Colin has a keen interest in classical music, travel and military history and conducts battlefield tours in Europe.

Kaiya Matheson

Kaiya joined My Plumber in March 2006, and has since worked part time while completing her degree with the University of London. Kaiya has been involved in all aspects of My Plumber administration and helps out on both the Installations and Rapid Response sides of the company. She is now involved in new business development and is working on a number of projects which are to be implemented soon. Kaiya is an avid traveller, and frequently visits Southeast Asia and her native Canada. In her spare time she enjoys rock climbing, and pursuing her interest of Asian and African art.
