Kitchen Taps
There are a variety of kitchen taps available such as mixer, sprayer, water filter and instant hot water. The My Plumber team is able to supply and fit any style you like. Leaking and dripping taps can be found in most houses. People do not realise that they can usually be fixed quickly and efficiently. This helps us all to stop wasting water and reduces the limescale stains in the sink that often result from the drips. Taps may be fixed by replacing the washer or the cartridge. This depends on the type of tap that you have. If you know the make and model of the tap, this always helps us if the tap needs more than just a washer. Sometimes, the taps are beyond repair and need to be replaced. We will let you know which would be best for you.p>
Kitchen Leaks
Leaks can occur on the taps themselves or on pipe work. Also, fittings can become old and start leaking as can appliance connections. These leaks often just happen randomly for no apparent reason. One minute the pipes are fine, the next minute you have a leak. Our plumbers carry a range of spare parts for such problems and will have you drip free in next to no time.
Kitchen Appliances
Our qualified plumbers can connect and repair connections for dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers and American style fridges. (Please note: we have a separate Gas Safe registered team for fitting gas appliances.)
Kitchen Blockages
Our drainage engineers are able to remove any blockages which occur in the kitchen. Simple blockages can be shifted using by one of the plumbers using a plunger. More stubborn blockages are dealt with by our specialist drainage team.
