About Us

We often have clients who want to know more about us as a team. So that you have some history to the company, My Plumber was set up in 2005 as a small company dealing only with small plumbing maintenance jobs.

Early years

Originally, the plumbers were all on motorbikes as it was thought that they could get across London faster than was possible in a small van. Even today, the logo is made up of the image of a motorbike made out of plumbing tools. We quickly upgraded from motorbikes to vans as we increased our arsenal of tools and services.

In 2006 My Plumber merged with Glasson Plumbing and Heating which was a company specialising in Central Heating Installations and Bathrooms and Wetrooms.

Glasson Plumbing and Heating had been in operation since 2000 and already had a huge database of clients so with the two teams combined, My Plumber was able to offer far more services to its clients.

Recent years

In 2013, we set up some additional trading names: Soak Bathrooms, My Handyman and My Electrician London.

The decision was made after we realised that not many customers were aware of all the services that My Plumber was able to provide. These are essentially 3 different teams which operate within the company.

The aim of My Plumber, Soak Bathrooms, My Handyman and My Electrician London has always been to provide a high level of Customer Service. Not only are office staff trained and rewarded on their ability to keep customers happy, but also, the engineers are as well.

Excellent Customer Services, fair pricing and well trained engineers, are the main reasons why our clients come back to us again and again.

We are proud winners the Hounslow Business Awards 2013 for the categories of Best Business and Best Customer Services. We went on to become finalists in the London Business Awards 2014 for Best Customer Services.

Supporting our community
