We like to ensure that we have the most qualified and motivated staff possible at My Plumber. Indeed, the way we recruit is central to our whole ethos in that we only recruit people who have the same outlook as we do. That is, those people who place Customer Service at the top of their priority list.

Our recruitment manager is Leigh Godfrey and she will look at every CV individually to check that applicants have the qualities that we are looking for. Ideally, we like to try to employ people who are close to the business and we always look to friends and family of employed staff as a starting point. After this, then we try to source local people for the roles that we have before looking further afield.
